Description

Uses

Severe Infections

Bacterial Meningitis: Chloramphenicol is used to treat meningitis caused by Haemophilus influenzae, Neisseria meningitidis, and Streptococcus pneumoniae, particularly in areas where resistance to other antibiotics is common.
