Heparin is a naturally occurring anticoagulant produced by basophils and mast cells.In therapeutic doses, it acts as an anticoagulant, preventing the formation of clots and extension of existing clots within the blood. While heparin does not break down clots that have already formed (unlike tissue plasminogen activator), it allows the body's natural clot lysis mechanisms to work normally to break down clots that have formed. Types of Liquids for Injections Available
Compound Amino Acid Injection
Compound Amino Acid Injection is used primarily for parenteral nutrition in patients who cannot receive sufficient nutrition through oral or enteral feeding.
Heparin Sodium Injection
Heparin Sodium Injection is primarily used as an anticoagulant to prevent and treat thromboembolic disorders.
Citicoline Sodium Injection
Citicoline Sodium Injection is primarily used for neurological conditions.
Edaravone Injection
Edaravone Injection is primarily used to treat neurological conditions involving oxidative stress.
Usage and Dosage
Deep subcutaneous injection: 5,000-10,000 units for the first time, 8,000-10,000 units every 8 hours or 15,000-20,000 units every 12 hours; the total amount is about 30,000-40,000 units every 24 hours, and generally can achieve satisfactory results.
Intravenous injection: After the first 5,000-10,000 units, or 100 units/kg every 4 hours according to body weight, dilute with sodium chloride injection and apply.
Intravenous infusion: Add 20,000 to 40,000 units per day to 1,000ml of sodium chloride injection for continuous infusion. Intravenous injection of 5000 units can be used as the initial dose before instillation.
Preventive treatment: For patients with high-risk thrombosis, it is mostly used after abdominal surgery to prevent deep vein thrombosis. Give 5000 units of heparin subcutaneously 2 hours before the operation, but epidural anesthesia should be avoided in the way of anesthesia, and then 5000 units every 8 to 12 hours for a total of about 7 days.
