Enoxaparin Sodium Injection

Enoxaparin Sodium is used for the prevention and treatment of deep vein thrombosis (DVT), a condition where blood clots form in the deep veins, typically in the legs. It is effective in preventing DVT after surgeries like hip replacement or knee replacement surgery.

It is used in the treatment of pulmonary embolism, a condition where a blood clot travels to the lungs, blocking blood flow. Enoxaparin helps prevent the growth of existing clots and reduces the formation of new clots.

Enoxaparin Sodium is used in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome, including unstable angina and non-ST elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI), by preventing further clotting in the coronary arteries.

Used to prevent thromboembolic events in patients undergoing major surgeries, especially those at high risk for clot formation, such as abdominal, pelvic, or orthopedic surgeries.

Enoxaparin is used for the treatment of myocardial infarction (MI) or heart attack, where it helps reduce the risk of clot formation in the coronary arteries, facilitating better blood flow to the heart muscle.

Enoxaparin is used in patients undergoing hemodialysis to prevent clot formation in the dialysis circuit and to ensure proper blood flow during the process.

In immobile or bedridden patients, especially those in critical care, Enoxaparin is used to prevent venous thromboembolism (VTE) due to the increased risk of blood clot formation associated with prolonged immobility.
